What is Over Exposed ?
Overexposure in photography refers to an image where too much light was recorded. The degree of overexposure will determine how bright a photo is. Slight overexposure can help lighten shadowy subjects but more pronounced overexposure makes and image too bright so that light colours are washed out and appear pure white. A photographer knows if the image is overexposed or not by using his/her light meter.
